I need to create an application group with around 50 applications to deploy at once. Its failing when trying to deploy all applications at once, however if i segregate the applications under different application groups with around 14-15 applications in single application group, its working.
Tool used - SCCM with version 2203 & 2207

You may try to check the AppGroupHandler.log to see if there any useful info when you deploy a group of 50 applications.
And like Garth mentioned, it is recommended that you contact Microsoft Customer Support Services (CSS) for a dedicated support.
