I am no longer able to receive verification code emails from Massachusetts Unemployment when I have in the past. Now I can not log in with them online. In the past I did not have a problem receiving these confirmation emails from them. I even recently saved them in my contacts. They are not going to my junk mail either. If I can not fix this I will be forced to drive to Boston and go there in person to change my email address with them which is a royal pain in the ass. I have been on hold with them for 2 hours on the phone only to find out they will do not make changes over the phone due to all the fraud that occurred during Covid. I am not having a problem receiving other emails.

Hello there,

As you facing this issue only with specific domains I would suggest you check the whitelist or your spam folder.

This can also occur if one of the following is true:

The domain has to replicate to all Microsoft Exchange Online servers. This could take up to one hour.

The appropriate MX record doesn't exist or has to replicate to all applicable Domain Name System (DNS) servers around the world. This could take up to 72 hours.

Email messages aren't received for a new domain that you add in the Microsoft 365 portal https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/troubleshoot/email-delivery/emails-not-received-for-new-domain
