Based on just the limited information that you have provided, there is a chance that this is just a result of the Windows Firewall on the Window 10 PC acting as a server in this scenario.
I can't remember what the default settings for various types of firewall logging are, but if logging for a type (e.g. pfirewall.log, netevents) is enabled then examining the log or the events (e.g. netsh wfp show netevents file=-
) will show if connections/traffic to your server is being blocked.
