Je n'arrive pas a connecter mon compte 365 sur la suite Office installé sur mon Ordinateur

Bonjour,

J'ai souscrit à Office 365 il y à quelques mois déjà et aujourd'hui il m'est impossible de connecter mon compte Office 365 sur Word. Je m'explique.

Je me connecte sur le site officiel de office 365 sur lequel je trouve le bouton "Installer Office" je patiente jusqu'à son installation complète avant de redémarrer l'ordinateur.

Une fois cela fait je lance l'outil "Microsoft 365 (Office)" Et je vois que je suis toujours bien connecté à mon compte.

Mon problème survient dès que j'essaye d'ouvrir Excel, Word ou n'importe quels outils. Une page de connexion Microsoft s'ouvre et me demande de m'identifier. Ce que je fais avant d'obtenir ce message d'erreur.

"Ce type de compte ne fonctionne pas avec ce service particulier. Veuillez entrer une adresse de courrier ou un numéro de téléphone associé à un autre compte."

PS : Je n'ai pas d'autre installation d'office sur mon ordinateur et je lance ces outils via le logiciel Microsoft 365 (Office) et non via un raccourcis sur mon ordinateur.

Après avoir cherché un long moment sur internet je ne sais pas comment résoudre ce problème.

    I can't connect my 365 account to the Office suite installed on my computer.

    Hello,

    I subscribed to Office 365 a few months ago and today it is impossible for me to connect my Office 365 account to Word. Let me explain.

    I connect to the official office 365 site on which I find the "Install Office" button, I wait until it is completely installed before restarting the computer.

    Once done, I launch the "Microsoft 365 (Office)" tool and I see that I am still well connected to my account.

    My problem occurs as soon as I try to open Excel, Word or any tools. A Microsoft sign-in page opens and asks me to identify myself. What I do before getting this error message.

    "This type of account does not work with this particular service. Please enter an email address or phone number associated with another account."

    PS: I have no other office installation on my computer and I launch these tools via Microsoft 365 (Office) software and not via a shortcut on my computer.

    After looking for a long time on the internet I don't know how to solve this problem.
