    Hi David

    Are you able to open Azure Portal (https://portal.azure.com)?

    Probably this is triggering the MFA pop-up as well?

    If you can not open the portal, do you have any Conditional Access policies configured where you might not need to sign in with MFA like when you are a federated user on company network or on specific IP's?

    Please let me know.

    Hi ,

    Are you able to log on to the Portal , if yes then you can browse to user profile Authentication method and clock on belo 2 options

    If there are another Global Admin(s) in the subscription, they can try to reset the MFA. If it is not the case, you need to contact Microsoft support through phone support as the azure portal is not available at the moment for your account.
