How to obtain infromation on newly created document libs (drive or drive id) at onedrive and newly created sites (lists or list Id) at SharePoint

This is about us figuring out the newly created document libs and lists in real time.

A user can opt to go to OneDrive, classic UI and create new document lib / drive. We wish to know if any such drives are created and in real time. With this kind of ask, we are looking for any push based mechanism. Probably, something like graph subscription for newly created drives and lists and we get a notification, the moment anything as such is created.

Thanks for reaching out! 

Currently we have subscription available for list items and drive items.

Change notifications are not available when there are new lists or libraries created in a site.
