How do you gather everyone's feedback in Approval App

Question

I am just starting to use Approval App via the Hub. Is there a way to gather everyones decisions wheter or Approve or Reject? It seems that regardless of whether or not I have Require a response from all recipients enabled, as soon as one person Rejects no one else gets to respond.

Microsoft Teams tag is mainly focused on the general issue of Microsoft Teams application troubleshooting.

Approvals in Microsoft Teams are a way to streamline all requests and processes with Teams or partners. You'll be able to create new approvals, see approvals sent your way, and see all your previous approvals in one place. Default approvals created in Teams can't respond if one person rejects others. This is by design.

Depending on your description, if you want to know the results of different approvals for everyone, you can select Custom Response Approval when you create an approval. For more details, you could refer to: Respond to an approval from a chat or channel.

Hi @Palardy, Renee

It uses flow in the back end to create these requests. You might need to log in to the portal and edit the flow you have and change what happens when you get a reject from one user.

Use https://make.powerautomate.com/ Then see if you can spot it under "My Flows".
