File Handler V2 open button missing after few days

I've developed a file handler using File handler v2. I've forced refreshed the cache using https://{tenant}-my.sharepoint.com/_api/v2.0/drive/apps?adminForceRefresh=1&select=*,promoted&expand=actions

Recently I'm facing the issue where the file handler open option doesn't show after few days. It shows, If I login in an incognito window or clear my cache in regular browser window.

Can anyone help me understand this case and how could I overcome this. I could only find documentation regarding server side cache refresh.

    Since your issue might caused by update of sharepoint backend. I will recommend you to raise a service request in admin center. You will get some more professional advice there.
