@Venkata , Microsoft Intune is available for different customer needs and organization sizes, from a simple-to-use management experience for schools and small businesses, to more advanced functionality required by enterprise customers. With Intune license, we can do some basic management.
But if we want to use some features like Windows Autopilot, auto-enrollment Conditional access and etc in Intune. We also need the Azure Active Directory Premium license. We can see more details in the following link:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/autopilot/licensing-requirements
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/enrollment/windows-enroll
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/conditional-access/overview
We can check what are the features included in the license and find one which is the most suitable for our environment:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/enterprise/e5?activetab=pivot%3aoverviewtab
Hope it can help.
