In Teams, when bot applications are added to the chat, do they have time to reverberate?

I'm developing a notification bot, I observe that sometimes the bot application takes up to hours to reverberate when added to a chat, is this reverberation delay normal for ms Teams? Do you know if I can do something to reduce this delay?

I also noticed that in one-to-one chats this delay happens but the application manages to send notification messages. On the contrary, it occurs with a group that has, for example, 20 people.

I've already waited for up to 24 hours to see if he could send it but he still couldn't, could this indicate something about my problem? Any configuration I should do in the bot?

Trying to explain my case in a little more detail, as I said in the one-to-one chats my system can take up to a few hours for it to identify which application was added to a new chat, that's right I restart it (system), I dismiss the question of internet oscillations a little because I have already checked the internet quality several times, in addition to that I did the same process with other networks and the same problem happens.

Assuming that 2 hours have passed since I placed the application in the one-to-one chat, the system identifies that it was added and works normally afterwards.

For a specific group that has 20 people, I am having this problem of even waiting for more than a day, the system cannot identify that this app was installed in that chat, regardless of restarting the system as many times as possible.

I initially asked if the delay was normal, as it often takes time to reverberate in a chat here

Sorry for the delay in responding, I hadn't seen the notification. It usually occurs for a period of time... one day, two days, after it persists and works normally the problem does not occur again
