Misconfiguration with new organization

I’m trying to set up a new account for a new job. I’ve deleted my old Outlook account from my Outlook app and from the Authenticator application, and unregistered my device with my old organization. When trying to connect and add the new Outlook account, I’m getting a misconfiguration alert, and that I need to in-enroll my device from the company portal, and an Org Data Removal alert. Can I get some help getting the new account set up?

@Ssshar, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From the information you provided, it seems the old account is still on the Phone. And it seems the old account is with app protection policy and conditional access policy configured.

To add the new account, I suggest remove the outlook profile with the old account. Uninstall outlook, in company portal, find the device and choose "delete the device" to ensure it unenroll from Intune, then install outlook again to see if the new account can be added.

However, if the issue still persists, please collect the following information:

    1. Please confirm if the account showing in the picture is the old account or the new account.
    2. Please contact your Intune admin to check if your new account is with app protection policy or conditional policy targeted?

Please try the above suggestion and if there's any update, feel free to let us know.
