Cannot get a dial in number for MS Teams

I have Office 365 Business Professional through my GoDaddy account. I am a sole source proprietor (one person in the business) When I try to set up a meeting in Teams, no dial in number appears, and I have folks that need to frequently dial in. When I try to go to the Admin center to purchase phone service, I am directed to GoDaddy and get a 404 Error. GoDaddy does not appear to offer any phone service as an add on to Teams. Is there any way within Teams to add this service? I just dropped Webex because I thought Teams would do the job.

Thanks in Advance,

Robert Wunderlick

    Hi @Robert Wunderlick

Do you mean adding dial-in numbers for meetings in Teams?

If you're scheduling meetings from within Teams, make sure PSTN meetings are enabled for your account. For more information about PSTN connectivity options, please refer to: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/pstn-connectivity

If the dial-in number isn't available for conferencing, the correct license might not have been purchased or applied. Regarding the purchase of licenses, we recommend that you consider posting in the Microsoft Community or contacting an expert for better support.

In addition, you must send the meeting invitation to at least one person for dial-in information and join links to appear.
