I'm learning this course Exercise - Create an Azure Virtual Machine and doing follow step by step but it has this issue. Thanks for reading.

Thank you for posting this concern on this community space.

I was experiencing the same behavior but with other compute resource type, but this could be either an API version issue or you can simply redeploy/reapply your Virtual machine and then try it one more time.

You can see the next outputs down below which were some deployment error messages:

Deployment to resource group 'xxxx_xxxxxxx_xxxxx' failed.

Additional details from the underlying API that might be helpful: At least one resource deployment operation failed. Please list deployment operations for details. Please see https://aka.ms/arm-deployment-operations for usage details.
