Yes, you can use the Group Policy to control the Windows version upgrade on the machines that are part of the domain. To do this, follow these steps:
Open the Group Policy Management Console on your Windows Server 2012 R2.
Create a new Group Policy Object (GPO) or edit an existing one.
Navigate to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Update.
Find the "Turn off the upgrade to the latest version of Windows through Windows Update" policy and enable it.
This will prevent Windows 10 machines from upgrading to Windows 11 through Windows Update, while still allowing other updates to be installed. Note that this policy only applies to Windows 10 Pro, Enterprise, and Education editions. If you are using Windows 10 Home, this policy will not work.
