Extend Developer Sandbox

We actively use our developer sandbox to test Graph API integration. The Sandbox is live and is used daily by our developers, however Microsoft claim there has been no 'development' activity and indicated all data will be removed in a months time.

Noting, it was renewed last time without any issues.

There appears to be no mechanism to contact Microsoft to have this renewed, attempting to log into the Service Hub Fails with errors.

We really do not want to recreate all our resources and reconfigure our development environments with a new sandbox and would much prefer to continue using the one we have. How do we get it re-activated?

For context, when logging into service hub, I receive the below error as indicated by other users on this forum: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/i-cant-sign-in-to-the-service-hub-to-get-support/2143024e-ab5d-4cbc-8e2a-a66fadeb009b

From the Microsoft 365 Developer Program FAQ. Also, at the bottom of the document, they suggest you go to Stack Overflow for support.
