Title is pretty self-explanatory - I have a user who can sign into Office apps in MacOS, but not on several Windows 11 PC's that other users can access.

This user receives a "bad password" error on multiple Windows systems, despite the exact same password working fine to sign into Office apps on their Apple machine. We've used Notepad and compared the passwords across both systems. We've reset the passwords, ensured the PC is fully up to date, and created them a local account and tried to just reach the office apps from there, to receive the same issue. They are enrolled (and re-enrolled) in MFA and it is functioning correctly on their Mac. Any ideas? The Windows machines are Domain joined to our Azure AD, while the Mac is not and is remotely managed via Kandji.

TIA!

It can be due to your Password is still not updated in to Credentials Manager.
