Certification expired. Retook and passed exam. How do I renew certificate?

I let my "Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate" certification expire. I retook and passed the "Designing and Implementing a Data Science Solution on Azure" exam. My certificate still shows as expired. How do I renew the certification with my newly passed exam?
