    Just create shortcuts with the wanted .exe and the file as argument, like :

    "C:\Program Files (x86)\K-Lite Codec Pack\MPC-HC64\mpc-hc64.exe" "E:\Gravity - 2K Trailer.mp4"

    But why Tags : UWP, SQL Server, Windows 10 Security, etc ... ?!
