Connecting DragonBoard 410C With Windows 10 IOT to Azure

I am having trouble connecting the DragonBoard to Azure. Can anyone give me some pointers. The device appears to be working fine and connects to the Windows Device Portal. To connect to Azure I’m assuming I need to use the TPM and Azure Clients tabs but I do not understand what to input. Screenshots attached. Many thanks.

@Stephen Castle , could you please tell me you referred to this document to connect your device to the could? You can get the Id Scope to input in Azure Clients tab by according with this document.The device id is what you input in IoT Devices in Azure IoT Hub.

Yes I'm referring to those documents and I still cannot make the connection.

Windows IOT Dashboard
Device is being found
In Connect to Azure - Azure IOT Hub is being recognised and Azure Device ID is being recognised, Device to provision recognised.
Username and password dialog box - Administrator Password does not appear to be recognised even though it works in Windows Device Portal and Dialog box just keeps reappearing.

Windows Device Portal
In Azure Cleints - ID Scope filled in from Azure Portal and Logical Device ID 0. Nothing happens when configure button pressed.
In TPM Configuration -
TPM Tools Installed Yes
Logical Devices Settings
Azure Connection String - Entered from Azure Portal. Error message - "Failed to Save TPM Settings"

@Stephen Castle Which build of Windows IoT Core were you testing?And if possible, could you please provide the TPM info?

This problem was resolved by using "devicename\Administrator" rather than just "Administrator" in the username field in IOT Dashboard. I had changed the name of the device in Windows Device Portal. I am still having problems provisioning the device but will if necessary raise new questions for those.
