I need help scheduling an exam.

I had an appointment to take the DP-201 exam on Sat. Oct. 3, 2020. I started the check-in process to take the exam, but I was never able to take the exam. I never saw any questions on the exam. When I got to the screen to accept the Microsoft terms, the Pearson application froze. Time ran out and I was not able to continue from that screen. I spoke with someone in the chat help and they gave me a voucher to reschedule, but now they are saying that I cannot take the exam for another 14 days because it shows that I took the exam on Oct. 3, 2020. I did NOT take the exam on that day.

I was directed to this site for help.
