Hosted application error

Hi,

we have an issue with a hosted application MYOB Accountright ver 2.0.2020.2 running on windows 10

OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
Version 10.0.19041 Build 19041

When trying to print within the application it generates an error message;

Exception: PrintTicket provider failed to bind to printer. Win32 error: -2147467231

Printing outside of the application (within windows environment) works fine ie; from Word and other apps

We have been in touch with MYOB Tech support and they say that the error is due to the windows environment and pointed us to the following link;

I have worked thru the solution that the link provides and removed the entries for the key HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AppID{AA0B85DA-FDDF-4272-8D1D-FF9B966D75B0}, however there were only 2 entries ("AccessPermission", "LaunchPermission"), the RunAs entry did not exist.

After rebooting the error still occurs when printing in accountright. BTW another office machine running the same application works fine but it is on an older ver of Win10

Could anyone provide some further options for us.
