Windows Development Dashboard Portal Not Accessible

The development dashboard portal has been unaccessible to us since 3:30pm PDST on Oct 5th 2020 showing the following error:

Does anybody else have the same issue?

    It takes about a minute but loads for me.

    Could you please try the following steps to try again?

    • Use the latest Edge version on Windows 10
    • Ensure that your browser language is set to en-US (English American)
    • Open an in-private browsing window using the latest Edge version on Windows 10
    • Try to access the partner center dashboard again.
