MD-100 Windows 10

Question

Hello,

I am trying to complete my first Microsoft exam in MD-100 Windows 10.

However, I am a bit confused about the training resources provided and were to access them. When on the page it recommends completing the Microsoft 365 - Modernize your enterprise deployment with Windows 10 and Microsoft 365 Apps - learning path. But i am unsure what this is and it is unclear if this is the only course that I need to complete to be ready for the exam?

1. I have two Question . I took the MD-100: Windows 10 Exam at 8am on November 21, 2021 . I still have not received my certificate ? How can I get this please so I can print this off ?
2. I have two accounts . I would like them merged how can this be done?
