Hi,

I am facing error while creating Redis Enterprise cache from Azure portal. It is throwing error saying "Authorization failed for template resource, the client xxx does not have permission to perform action "Microsoft.Cache/Redisenterprise/write".

I have checked the resource group for the subscription and "Microsoft.Cache" is already registered.

Can someone help here?

Thanks

Hi Shilpa Kanojiya Thank you for reaching out.

You are getting an authorization failed error when attempting to create a redis enterprise cache from Azure Portal.

This error message indicates that you do not have the necessary permissions to create a Redis Enterprise cache. You will need to be granted the appropriate permissions in order to proceed.

Internal users need to be added to the Enterprise Marketplace plan for internal users.

    Special considerations for Enterprise tiers

Please let me know if you are not able to create it.

    Regards,
