マクロを含むWordフアイルに証明書を付けてもWordフアイルが実行が出来ない。

自作マクロを含むWordフアイル（拡張子：docm）にデジタル署名証明書を付けても、一度保存後はマクロが実行が出来ません、何処を修正すれば良いでしょうか。

Microsoht資料の「マクロを有効にする警告を無効にする」などを参考に下記の設定です。

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0 \Word\Security

「SkipSignatureCheckForUnsafeVBA」/「SkipSignatureCheckForUnsafeWLL」/VBAWarnings=3

「はがき印刷ウイザード」で作成後に**一度保存をして開いた場合、**働かないマクロが有りますが、それと同じ現象です。

VBAWarnings=１にすれば一度保存をして開いた場合、でもマクロは働きます

Windowsのバージョン(Windows 10 Home / 22H2)

Wordのバージョン(Word 2016 MSO　バージョン　2301)32bit

Via Translation tool, I got following infromation.

Do your files stored on a file share or network server?

If so, please refer to 'Macros from the internet will be blocked by default in Office'.

Add the file server or the network share as trusted sites, by adding its FQDN or IP address.

Add file path as trusted location in Office apps.

If the steps above do not work, please try following registry. (Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Before you modify it, please remember to back up the registry for restoration in case problems occur.)

HKCU\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Word\Security\

Key: BlockContentExecutionFromInternet

DWORD Value = 0

Add a digital signature to a macro project

When you create Word software (extension: docm) that contains macros, save it, and then reopen it, many people experience the phenomenon that macros do not work. You can also visit the Microsoft Community (Japanese) and the Microsoft Specialty Site (Word - Microsoft Q&A) (English)) also received guidance from and responded.

Symptom: I have taken 5 measures as follows, but it does not improve.

※: If you change VBAWarnings/DWORD = 3 to DWORD = 1, the macro will work.

(1) Expand C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\root\Office16.

(2) Run SELFCERT.EXE.

2 Import from "Personal" in the certificate store to "Trusted Root Certification Authorities

3 Add a digital signature to a macro project in Word

Add a digital signature to WOR d software (extension: docm) using a certificate.

4 Registering in "Trusted Places"

Register Word software (extension: docm) to "Trusted Location".

5 Adding a key to the "registry"

■ Added keys and values.

Key: SkipSignatureCheckForUnsafeVBA/DWORD Value=1

Since the text on image above in the post is Japanese, I would like to verify that after the above 5 operations, is there a prompt has the option for you to active or run the macro?

When you create Word software (extension: docm) that contains macros, save it, and then reopen it, many people experience the phenomenon that macros do not work.

For some security reasons, if the Office files include macros and from Internet, the macro may be blocked. This is by design now. For more, please refer to "A potentially dangerous macro has been blocked".

So, I suggest you save these Office files such as .docm on local machine directly after created.

Then go to Word > Options > Trust Center, Trust Center settings > Macro Settings, tick the box of "Trust access to the VBA project object model".

If you change VBAWarnings/DWORD = 3 to DWORD = 1, the macro will work.

The data value for VBAWarnings:

Value 3 --- Disable all except digitally signed macros

Value 1 --- Enable all macros

If these newly created files exist locally but encounter this issue, then under you case, it's recommended to check the certificate. Please ensure the certificate is valid and trusted.

Besides, accoring to article "アドインと VBA マクロが無効", you may update your Office or repair Office to check this issue.

2 Verified the validity of the certificate.

(1) The certificate is trustworthy as attached.

(2) The key mark at the bottom of the certificate says "I have a private key corresponding to this certificate."

3 Repaired Microsoft 365 (Office).

(1) In my version, it is slightly different from the downloaded description, but I repaired it according to the instructions.

(2) When Microsoft 365 (Office) was selected, "Advanced Options", "Move", and "Uninstall" were displayed.

（3）Repair from "Advanced Options".

4 All that remains is to uninstall and install Microsoft 365 (Office).

If you are interested, the description says that it takes several minutes, but when you search the Web, it seems that this work may be in hours instead of minutes, but what is the standard?

If the steps above do not work, that you can not find the Security Warning like following image to enable macros.

I would suggest you open a ticket to help you troubleshoot this issue furtherly, your device can be remoted, and the Microsoft Team can also help you troubelshoot your system environment and other Word registry settings.
