Applied for a discount but still giving an amount to be paid at the time of checkout

I am trying to give a PL 300 certification exam for which I have a Deloitte Discount voucher which I apply and it shows 100% applied but when I try to checkout it shows me the amount which I need to pay .

But ideally it should show 0 as I have already applied for a discount.

I have attached the screenshots regarding the same.

Please help me out with this issue.
