Proctor asked to stop the exam in the middle

I was attending my exam and the proctor asked me to stop the exam as there is some connectivity issues. They advised me to restart the exam but I was unable to do so as it was showing invalid code and when I tried to schedule the exam again then I am unable to claim the full discount on it.
