check external ip address in uceprotect

Hi everyone

I have a problem with uceprotect organization.

My extarnal IP listed in blacklist level 3.

What is means?

By the way i notice to this notices:

1. WARNING: No matching A-Record exists for your Reverse-DNS.
   DNS is INCONSISTENT.
   Please request your Admin or Provider to fix this 2. UCEPROTECT-Level1 : HIGH DNS Problem

What is means?
