Hi,

Good day!

Can you please enlighten me why most devices have a profile status "Fix Pending" and autopilot won't go through.

Does hardware driver something to do with this?

Is importing the Device Hardware Hash is the only possible fix for this kind of issue?

Thank you in advance.Intune_Device_FixPending

@Ernani Ancheta Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

Honestly, I haven't met this issue before. I have done a lot of research and find a blog that mentioned "Fix Pending" status. Please refer to the following article:

Note: Non-Microsoft link, just for the reference.

Hope it will give you some ideas.

My experience is that a computer account in "Fix pending" status is irrecoverable, and will never again move out of it. If you want to autopilot them again, you have to delete the device and re-register it.

The underlying issue seems to be that Intune is only designed to recover that status once it gets another checkin from the computer. But because it's not accepting any messages from the computer due to the desynchronized account, it can never get that checkin and thus it will never finish the process.
