Good morning, I have a question, when creating a new tenant, it cannot be viewed by another global admin, what is this due to, what type of configuration or permissions should I give, to see the tenants created by the other admin and vice versa.

HI , You need to send invite to the other Global admin in the new tenant and the assign them roles to view/manage settings in the new tenant. You can refer the the Built In Roles & Administrator section in Azure AD(Image below) to check the role that fits your requirement
