What certificate do I need when I use signtool.exe to sign a file?

I'm trying to sign a .bin file using signtool.exe, only to see "no certifications were found which met the given criterias. My question is what certificates do I need and how to install it? Could anyone help me pls? Appreciating...

    There are some Tools to Create, View, and Manage Certificates and SignTool can Specify the signing certificate in a file. For usage examples, see Using SignTool to Sign a File.
