    Hi @Murat PİRİOGLU ,

    your best option if you are not able to cancel the Azure subscription is to open a support request with Microsoft:

    Create a support ticket

    The Basic Azure Support Plan offers for all Azure customers free "BILLING AND SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT SUPPORT".
