All machine vm and services on our account azzure dont belong to us

Hi Azzure support Team,

Kindly need your advise on our case. Several days ago, we did monitor our azzure account, and we found that there are VMs / Services listed on our azzure account that do not belong to us. We think that our Azzure account got hacked.

The implication of that, we also lost our VMs and we see that we get billed about IDR 5 Million and forecast bill about IDR 23 Million.

Therefore, through this email, could please you investigate our case and possibility to waive the bill statement. and Please remove the cost since we have not used that service.

    the best way to get this sorted is to create a support ticket with Microsoft. They should be able to investigate the case and help you with the issue.
