Bug found in Win11 with access to Filecluster (Server 2016/2019/2022) per UNC. How to report it?

Hello all,

as desribed here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1161975/problems-from-windows-11-with-unc-access-to-a-file

we found a bug in Windows 11 and Windows 2022 when try to access a Share in a Filecluster per UNC (only RootFolder) and included one or more *.exe File.

We've already had this verified through external partners in different scenarios, so it's not our environment.

How can this bug be reported to MS? See other topic for details.
