Azure AD Connect - PTA + Password hash sync

Hello,

I have a question regarding the "Optional Features" in Azure AD Connect.
There is an option there to activate "Password hash sync".
If i implement PTA (Pass-through Authentication) and activate that option, it will allow me to use the leaked credentials features of identity protection?
