You can refer to the document to migrate your project from Visual Studio 2019 to Visual Studio 2022: Porting, Migrating, and Upgrading Visual Studio Projects.
Please try opening your .NET project directly in VS2022, you may need to upgrade its framework to .NET 6 or .NET 7.
By the way, before migration, you can back up the project.
