Hello Jordan, unfortunately I am not able to access my account. I am stuck in a loop that refers me to Authenticator to get a code yet Authenticator does not provide one and I can not set up my account in Authenticator as I do not have a QR code to scan.
Cannot access my work account or configure in Authenticator
I tried setting up my work account (onmicrosoft account) on my iPhone but was unsuccessful as I was asked to scan a QR code which I do not have nor can get. The work account on my desktop is now unaccessible as I am asked to verify Authenticator for approval (the account is not in Authenticator) or when I select send a code to Authenticator, I get nothing. What do I need to do?

2023-02-08T15:32:07.5266667+00:00 If you're still able to access your account, go to https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info, from here you'll be able to add/delete/modify your sign-in methods (including authenticators).
