I can ping the network printer but unable to connect to the printer or access the web interface.

1.) printers are shared on the network using the server

2.) All the computer in the domain can see and connect but some non domain computer unable to connect Or access the web interface however they can successfully ping the printer

3.) tried disabling the firewall on the computer still no success

Any suggestion or help is appreciated

    Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query\issues related to Printers not accessible.

    1. Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose.
    2. Please make sure Printer and client computers are in same subnet , ip range or VLAN and connected to same switch
    3. Please check if ports 80,443 and 8080 not blocked.
