Can't add work profile in Microsoft Intune Company Portal (Google Pixel 7)

Cannot able to add the device Google pixel 7 it's a brand new device personal device but while i was configuring the company portal app it was showing the same error. Even though uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times still showing the same error.

    @A, Mani, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, I know we are failed to add work profile on Google pixel 7 when enroll the device into Intune using BYOD method. If there's any misunderstanding, feel free to let us know.

    Here I have some suggestions you can try to see if it can fix the issue:

    Method 1: Check if any work profile existing on this device. Remove it and try again:

    1.Go to Settings->Passwords & Accounts

    2.Find Work Tab

    3.Remove Work Profile and enroll again.

    Method 2: Use adb tool to see if any profile existing and delete it.

    1, Use adb tool to list the account situation on your phone:

    adb shell pm list users

    2, If any existing work profile existing, use adb shell pm remove-user to delete this work profile on your device and enroll again.

    Method 3: Reset the device if possible. Then do the re-enroll.

    If you encounter the error messages:

    1. "Unable to create a work profile - We were unable to set up your work profile. If the problem persists, contact your support person because your device might not support work profile creation."

    OR

    1. "Can't set up profile - Couldn't set up your work profile. Contact your IT department or try again later."

    First, ensure that your mobile storage has 6-8 GB of free space. If not, clear some data to free up 6-8 GB of space, then uninstall the Intune Company Portal app and reinstall it. This should resolve the issue.
