All hotmail emails going to junk

Nearly all emails sent to my hotmail account are now going to spam. Even from my contacts. There are no rules setup and I have no control over spam that I can see. I have even tried creating rules to stop this happening but had no luck. For example If the email is addressed to me then move to inbox. Didn't work sadly. Deleted those now. Grateful for any ideas on this!

    Outlook.com (hotmail) is not currently supported here on Q&A. The product group for Outlook.com actively monitors questions in dedicated forums here.
