Hi, I have a new student account that I use mostly on my laptop, with no issues logging in. However, when I try to login on my iPhone 13, either on safari or on the 365 app, I get this message below. Please note I enter my email address (I’ve blanked it out here) into the login screen, not the sign up/create account screen but it comes up with this every time. I also have another student email from my undergraduate degree but am logged out of that account. I even try using my schools specific 365 link with no luck. It’s pretty annoying that every time I try to log in it takes me to the create an account screen when it clearly recognises my email address.
