Unable to contact support or lodge a ticket just get a message "error has occured".
Tried calling microsoft by phone but was directed to forum as there is apparently no other method to lodge a ticket available.
Please dont send me "how to" lodge a ticket instructions....this has been done to death already. I cant proceed past step 3 after providing details of the problem.
I have tried different browsers and privacy modes.
A Microsoft offering that enables tracking of cloud usage and expenditures for Azure and other cloud providers.
@Kane Sorry for the inconvenience this must have caused. From the details you provided in your original post, I assume that it could be permission issue or an intermittent issue. However, your latest post about finding a workaround to submit a ticket creates a confusion.
First thing, I would like to know what permissions do you have at the subscription level. For example: Owner, Contributor or any other RBAC permission.
Please share the screenshot of the error message from the portal.
Also, if possible share the details of the workaround you found for creating a support request

Turns out if you select a resource it will force you to upgrade your support before lodging a ticket.....still cant purchase support but at least a work around to submit has been found
