i got error that i have to subscribe offce 365 to use outlook

but my group had already subscribe offce 365 please let me know how to deal with it.

Have you tried to open the M365 group through "open another mailbox" in OWA?

Based on my test, we cannot open the M365 group through "open another mailbox" in OWA.

As far as I know, a M365 Group just can be used as a single point of email contact for a team or group of users, Shared mailboxes are used when multiple people need access to the same mailbox, such as a company information or support email address, reception desk, or other function that might be shared by multiple people.
