After this along with Ubuntu windows is not bootable.

I reinstalled Ubuntu and do "fdsik -l" and

I can see /dev/nvme0n1p1 contain EFI system

n1p2 contain Microsoft reserved

n1p3 contain Microsoft basic data

n1p4 contain Windows recovery environment

n1p5 contain Microsoft basic data

n1p6 contain Microsoft recovery environment

    Hello there,

The problem is when you delete the Linux partition the grub is removed and you need to rebuild the Windows boot files. You will need to create a bootable USB with the Windows installation and run these commands to repair the boot files.

The below thread discusses the same issue and you can try out some troubleshooting steps from this and see if that helps you to sort the Issue.

Hope this resolves your Query !!
