Company Portal successfully installing program but still says "downloading..."

Hello,

We are pushing out visio to the company portal, using this xml code:

Visio are getting installed fine on users computers but in the company portal it says "downloading..." and sometimes says it has failed even though the program has been installed. It takes a really long time before marks it as failed or installed.

The normal office programs are installed already.

Does anyone have an idea why this is happening?
