Error code: 20 printer not activated on windows 10

A couple days ago, Microsoft updated by Windows 10 software on my laptop. Subsequently, I have lost the ability to save a PDF file from my QuickBooks software. When I attempt to save an invoice as a PDF, I now get this error message: Printer Not Activated, Error Code-20.

Please note that prior to my Windows software update, I had no problems savings QuickBooks invoices in a PDF format. I would appreciate anyone's guidance on how to resolve this problem.

    Try update Windows and your Printer's driver and check and verify if the problem persist?
    If yes, open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
