Invoice bill overcharge

Hi, i have used azure.
I have created some VM that forgot to turned off for a month and now im getting pretty huge month of invoice, it haven't been paid yet. Could this invoice been disregarded due my mistake? I tried to find way to contact azure customer service but cannot find way.
