Infopath use has been extended to 2026, why I cannot open my forms?

All my forms were created with infopath 2013, forms were working fine but now every time we try to open a form the browser downloads the .xsn file and when the user try to open it they get this error (see below). Even if I create a brand new form with just text I still get the same error.
