Unable to login to ESI using new company email

Hi,

I used to access ESI portal with my former company email (@company1.com) linked to my personal email (@gmail.com).

I recently switched companies, and my new company email is ******@company2.com. However, when I try to login (after "linking" with personal account), i get the following message:

Preference: step2: (ERR-556): It's looks like you've tried to sign-in with email address ******@company2.com which is not associated with your LxP account. Please sign-out and try to sign-in with email ******@company1.com. 

For help or assistance, please contactESI Support.

This happens in two browsers (Edge/Chrome/Chrome with different profile).

Can you please help me solve this issue?
