Google rejecting email because of no PTR

Hi
I have a vm in azure that sends email, Google rejects the email with following message:
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 550-5.7.25 [2600:3c03::f03c:91ff:febc:5700] The IP
address sending this message 550-5.7.25 does not have a PTR record setup,
or the corresponding forward DNS 550-5.7.25 entry does not point to the
sending IP. As a policy, Gmail does not 550-5.7.25 accept messages from IPs
with missing PTR records. Please visit 550-5.7.25
However I have create a PTR record in Azure for that server as shown here:

But it seems like Gmail continues to drop the emails any ideas what i am missing?

-Make sure that the forward DNS entry for the hostname specified in the PTR record is pointing to the correct IP address.
-Check if your Azure subscription is blocked from sending email over port 25.

When i do a mx toolbox check i get
The result shows the public address of the
This is the public ip address of the vm
Everything seems to be in place
Do you see any issue that would cause gmail to reject and say no ptr record exists?

$pip.DnsSettings.ReverseFqdn = "contosoapp1.westus.cloudapp.azure.com."
Set-AzPublicIpAddress -PublicIpAddress $pip
or do is there a seperate method to create a reverse dns for the actual VM?

I don't think the issue is at Azure End. You have already configured reverse lookup and it is getting rejected at google end.
For better assistance, I would recommend to check once from google side.
